Administration
We are your first point of call by telephone or in person. We will guide you through your appointments and help you to find the right support when you need it.
What we do
Administration Officers are involved in scheduling, data management, transport and communications.
We help your cancer team with all their administrative needs so they can focus on helping you.
We also help your external care team stay up to date with your journey.
Appointments
We manage your medical, radiation therapy and allied health appointments.
Please speak to us if you need to change your clinic or treatment appointment times.
Transport & Parking
Free parking is available to you while you are having your radiation treatment.
Please use the Hancock Street Car Park. We will validate your parking ticket every day, after you have had your treatment.
We can guide you through organizing ambulance or community transport
Our facility is also accessible by bus and train.
