What we do

Administration Officers are involved in scheduling, data management, transport and communications. We assist our multi-disciplinary team with all their administrative requirements so they can focus on delivering the best care for you.


Appointments

We manage your medical, radiation therapy and allied health appointments.

When you come in for an appointment please bring your:

  • Medicare Card

  • Department of Veterans Affairs Card

  • Health Care Card

  • Pension Card

  • Private Health Care Card

This will help us to make sure all your details are up to date and your medical information is kept safely.

Please speak to us if you need to change your appointment times or adjust your preferred treatment time-frames.


Dosimetry + Quality Assurance

We will use special software to make a Radiation Therapy plan unique to you.

Then, we perform a quality check and ensure that your plan meets international standards.

Treatment

We also deliver your Radiation Therapy treatment using a Linear Accelerator. We take care in positioning you and take x-rays to check this. Your Radiation Oncologist checks these x-rays.


Clinical Trials & Research

We also contribute towards clinical trials. We collect information and take part in research activities to improve patient care and treatment outcomes.
