During the peak of Covid-19, PAH Radiation Oncology introduced ‘Fun Shirt Days’ to lift staff and patient morale. This was so well received that a permanent ‘Fun Scrub Friday’ has now been launched. The injection of colour and vibrant patterns are a welcome sight, lifting the spirits of both patients and staff as we navigate a post-Covid world.
Staff across the department, including Radiation Therapists, Nurses, Physicists, Allied Health and Admin staff, have been able to express their creative flair and personality through selecting their own scrub design. Funky scrub Friday is here to stay, and the staff at PAH Rad Onc hope that it will continue to bring joy in the months and years to come.
